Chloe Gill – Head of Place and Partnerships for Test, Learn and Grow, Cabinet Office
Chloe is the Head of Place and Partnerships for the Test, Learn and Grow (TLG) programme in the Cabinet Office. She has been in the team since November 2024 and helped to set up and design the programme. She is now responsible for policy development, engagement, comms and supporting the team to work effectively with place partners. Chloe is a policy professional, who previously worked in MHCLG on other place-based programmes.
